Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed May 31, 2024, it is

ORDERED that respondent is directed on or before July 12, 2024, to file with the Court a report stating the efforts respondent has made to request the death certificate of petitioner under the U.S./Canada tax treaty and contacting petitioner's heirs.
