ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

On September 1, 2023, this case was remanded to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for reconsideration. The parties filed status reports on November 27, 2023, January 9 and February 20, 2024, informing the Court that respondent's Appeals Officer received an offer-in-compromise from petitioner's counsel for consideration. On May 23, 2024, the parties filed a status report informing the Court that petitioner's officer-in-compromise is still under consideration.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that on or before July 22, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case.
