ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's February 21, 2024, Mobile, Alabama Trial Session.

On November 15, 2023, respondent filed with the Court (1) a Certificate as to the Genuineness of the Administrative Record; (2) an Administrative Record; and (3) a Certificate as to the Genuineness of the Administrative Record, at docket entries 8, 9, and 11 respectively. And, on November 16, 2023, respondent filed a Notice of Filing of the Administrative Record, at docket entry 12. These documents are incomplete and duplicative, and therefore the Court will strike these documents from the Court's record in this case.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Certificate as to the Genuineness of the Administrative Record; Administrative Record; and Certificate as to the Genuineness of the Administrative Record, filed November 15, 2023, at docket entries 8, 9, and 11 respectively, are hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Notice of Filing of the Administrative Record, filed November 16, 2023, at docket entry 12, is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case.
