This case is calendared for trial at the Mobile, Alabama, Trial Session of the Court beginning February 21, 2024. On November 27, 2023, the Court received a letter from petitioner indicating that he is disabled and unable to travel for trial and requesting a change of venue. On December 6, 2023, the Court recharacterized the letter as Petitioner's Motion to Continue, docket entry 15.

After due consideration and for causes, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 8, 2024, the parties shall submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision document or file Joint Status Reports with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.

The Court reminds petitioner that he previously received the below contact information for a local Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. The Low Income Taxpayer Clinic may be able to assist petitioner with the preparation of stipulations of fact and for trial.
