This case is currently calendared on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session, scheduled to begin January 9, 2023.

On October 24, 2022, Oliver Mallory, counsel for petitioner, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel in this case. In the motion, Mr. Mallory indicated that the Commissioner had no objection to the motion to withdraw but that petitioner Walter Jackson, Jr.'s views are unknown. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 15, 2022, Mr. Jackson shall file an objection, if any, to Mr. Mallory's motion to withdraw as counsel. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of the motion to withdraw as counsel. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Mr. Jackson at his address of record.
