This case is currently set for trial at the Court's October 31, 2022, Washington, D.C. trial session. On September 29, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed September 29, 2022, is granted in that this case is continued from the Washington D.C. trial session scheduled to commence on October 31, 2022, to the standalone remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 31, 2022, at 1:00 PM ET. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the October 31, 2022, remote proceeding; and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's October 31, 2022, remote trial session.
