Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and to Strike as to Notice of Determination Concerning Collection Action and Notice of Final Determination for Disallowance of Interest Abatement Claim, filed July 26, 2022, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 17, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced Motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the Motion to Dismiss.
