On reconsideration, the petitioner Marquis Jackson's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 149 Conn.App. 681, 89 A.3d 426, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Whether the Appellate Court properly concluded that the habeas court properly determined that criminal trial counsel had rendered effective assistance with regard to cell phone evidence?”
