The petition in this case was filed on February 18, 2021. On April 14, 2021, respondent filed an Answer to the petition. On June 2, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

An examination of the record in this case discloses that record does not include a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioners for tax year 2017 upon which this case apparently is based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 2, 2021, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioners for 2017 upon which this case is apparently based.
