An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 19, 2017, And plaintiff-appellant, pro-se, having moved, for an order pursuant to CPLR 1101 and 1102 granting leave to prosecute said appeal as a poor person, on the original record and typewritten briefs, for a free copy of the transcript, granting an exemption from the subpoena fee required for the transfer of said record to this Court, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
