ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel [17]. Plaintiff filed her motion on July 26, 2004, requesting that the Court compel Defendant OSI Collection Services, Inc. ("Defendant") to respond to Plaintiff's interrogatories and requests for production of documents. Having reviewed Plaintiff's motion, as well as the underlying discovery requests and Defendant's responses thereto, the Court concludes that Plaintiff's motion should be granted in part and denied in part. Defendant shall respond to certain of Plaintiff's discovery requests, re-stated by the Court as follows:
Interrogatories
1. Describe each agreement, including agreements with creditors, pursuant to which Defendant attempted to collect the Debt.
2. Describe each of Defendant's policies or procedures relating to its collection of debts on behalf of creditors, including the procedures for collection of the Debt. Defendant may comply with this interrogatory by producing each document describing the defendant's policies, procedures or practices relating to its collection of debts on behalf of creditors.
3. Identify each individual currently or formerly employed by Defendant who has knowledge of the Debt.
4. Identify by time and date each of Defendant's or its employees' contact or communication with Plaintiff relating to the Debt and describe in detail the substance of the contact or communication.Requests for Production of Documents
1. Produce all documents referring or relating to the Debt.
2. Produce all documents referring or relating to Defendant's attempted collection of the Debt from Plaintiff.
3. Produce all documents referring or relating to any contact or communication with Plaintiff by Defendant or its employees relating to the Debt.
4. Produce all documents stating or containing Defendant's debt-collection policies, procedures or practices.
For the purposes of this Order, the term "Debt" shall be defined as the amount Defendant OSI attempted to collect from Plaintiff.
Defendant shall deliver its responses to the above discovery requests to Counsel for Plaintiff on or before September 30, 2004. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Compel is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Defendant shall respond to the discovery requests set forth above no later than September 30, 2004.
