ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

These consolidated cases are calendared for an in-person trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 13, 2023, in Washington, D.C.

On December 15, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During that conference call, the parties requested that additional days be added to the special session of the Court.

On January 6, 2023, petitioners filed a motion to modify order requesting to amend the pretrial schedule adopted in the Court's December 9, 2022 order. Petitioners stated that respondent does not object to the granting of petitioners' motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's order setting the cases for trial dated June 23, 2022, is hereby modified in that the in-person special trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00am (ET) on Monday, March 13 and continue through Friday, March 17, 2023, is now amended and extended through Tuesday, March 21, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' motion to modify order filed January 6, 2023, is granted and the parties are directed to adhere to the pretrial schedule proposed in that motion.
