These consolidated cases were called for trial at the Special Trial Session of the Court which commenced on March 13, 2023, in Washington, D.C.

On March 15, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a document titled, Proposed Trial Exhibits at docket No. 12271-20 (docket entry 318) and at docket No. 12274-20 (docket entry 330) labeled as exhibit 2090-J. The Court will recharacterize and mark for identification the entire document as Exhibit 2090-R in both cases. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Proposed Trial Exhibits shall be recharacterized as respondent's Proposed Trial Exhibit 2090-R in these consolidated cases.
