ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

These consolidated cases are calendared for an in-person trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 13, 2023, in Washington, D.C.

On December 15, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During that conference call, the parties requested that additional days be added to the special session of the Court. On January 17, 2023, the Court issued an order extending the trial session by two days, to conclude on March 21, 2023.

On January 18, 2023, respondent contacted the chambers of the undersigned and stated that the parties had requested to extend the trial session by three days but the Court's order only extended the trial session by two days. Upon review, the undersigned agrees that the parties had requested to extend the trial session by three days.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Court's order setting these cases for trial dated June 23, 2022 and as modified by the Court's order issued January 17, 2023, is hereby further modified in that the in-person special trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00am (ET) on Monday, March 13 is now amended and extended through Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
