These consolidated cases are calendared for an in-person trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 13, 2023, in Washington, D.C.

On February 3, 2023, the parties filed a motion to modify order, requesting therein to amend the pretrial schedule adopted in the Court's order issued December 9, 2022.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' motion to modify order, filed February 3, 2023, is granted and the parties are directed to adhere to the pretrial schedule as proposed in that motion.
