These consolidated cases are calendared for an in-person trial at a special session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 13, 2023, in Washington, D.C.

On February 3, 2023, petitioners filed a motion for document subpoena hearing, indicating therein that respondent does not object to the granting of petitioners' motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion for document subpoena hearing filed February 3, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are scheduled for hearing on the status of the case at a Washington, D.C. special hearing session of the Court that will be conducted remotely starting at 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a notice of remote proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than February 24, 2023, petitioners shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third party has complied with the subpoena and a hearing is no longer necessary.
