ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Knoxville, Tennessee, is the place of trial.

On January 28, 2022, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties. During that conference call, the parties requested a continuance of this case, that the undersigned retain jurisdiction, and that this case be calendared for an in-person trial commencing in March of 2023.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Knoxville, Tennessee, remote trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 1, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed pre-trial scheduling order or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
