ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

Now before the Court are Orders to Show Cause served on January 24, 2023 (Doc. 25), August 8, 2023 (Doc. 75), and August 14, 2023 (Doc. 81). On September 14, 2023, the Court held a remote Pretrial Conference at which time the Court reserved its rulings until further argument from the parties during the calendared trial on September 18, 2023.

This case was called from the calendar for trial at the Special Session of the Court on September 18, 2023, at Atlanta, Georgia. Both counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared and reported that the issues addressed in the pending Orders to Show Cause are now considered moot. Upon due consideration, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the proceeding, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Orders to Show Cause, served January 24, 2023, August 8, 2023, and August 14, 2023, are discharged.
