Appeal from Superior Court, Monterey County; James L. Atteridge, Judge.

Action by Romie C. Jacks against the Monterey County Trust & Savings Bank as trustee to recover certain sums claimed to have become due to plaintiff as beneficiary under a trust. From a judgment for plaintiff, defendant appeals.

Reversed.
