Pending before the Court is the State's motion to forward original exhibits to the Court pursuant to TEX.R.APP.P. 34.6(g)(2). The State's motion is GRANTED. The District Clerk of El Paso County, Texas, is directed to forward to the Court State's Exhibit 35 (a diagram depicting the layout of the crime scene) on or before October 22, 2015. The original exhibit will be returned to the District Clerk of El Paso County, Texas at the conclusion of the appeal.
