MEMORANDUM OPINION


On April 3, 2006, appellant filed a notice of appeal in this case. Appellant's brief was due on June 18, 2006. When appellant had not filed his brief by June 29, 2006, we directed appellant to file his brief within ten days or the appeal would be subject to dismissal. Nevertheless, to date, appellant has not filed his brief or otherwise communicated with this Court regarding the appeal.

Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
