An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 9, 2018, and the Attorney for the Children having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the Attorney for the Children submit his briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before April 22, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
