Upon due consideration of the record in the above-docketed matter, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the document filed November 2, 2021, by petitioner as an Answer to Amended Petition shall be recharacterized as a First Amendment to First Amended Petition. Although the Court will be lenient in this instance, petitioner is reminded that evidentiary materials generally should not be filed with the Court and should instead be exchanged in due course with counsel for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
