This Final Decision incorporates without change the court's Decision, entered June 25, 2015. The court did not receive a statement for costs and disbursements within 14 days after its Decision was entered. See TCR-MD 16 C(1).
This matter is before the court on Defendant's Answer, filed June 24, 2015. Plaintiffs filed their Complaint on June 1, 2015, requesting the reinstatement of Plaintiffs' tobacco products distributor's license. In its Answer, Defendant requested that “the plaintiff's Tobacco Distributor License be reinstated.” Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready for decision. Now, therefore, IT IS THE DECISION OF THIS COURT that Defendant shall reinstate Plaintiffs' tobacco products distributor's license.
