Order unanimously modified by providing that interest on the judgment be paid to the defendant, Fidelity Casualty Company of New York, from the date of delivery of the check to the date of the service of the order of the Court of Appeals denying leave to appeal to that court, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the respondent. No opinion.
