FINAL JUDGMENT
This adversary proceeding came on for trial on November 4, 2013, on the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff, J. Schoenherr Construction Company, Inc., seeking to deny the discharge of the Debtors, Edmund R. Rancourt and Rachael McGrath. Consistent with the findings of fact and conclusions of law entered contemporaneously, it is
ORDERED:
1. Judgment is entered in favor of the Debtors/Defendants, Edmund R. Rancourt and Rachael McGrath, and against the Plaintiff, J. Schoenherr Construction Company, Inc.
2. A Discharge of Debtor shall be entered in the Debtors' Chapter 7 case.
