ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

A dispute has arisen between the parties regarding the application of the work product doctrine to a certain document petitioner now claims was inadvertently provided to respondent during the discovery phase of this proceeding. To assist in the resolution of that dispute, it is

ORDERED that Special Trial Judge Eunkyong Choi is assigned to review the document to determine whether the document is protected from disclosure by the work product doctrine. It is further

ORDERED that Special Trial Judge Eunkyong Choi is authorized to direct the parties to proceed in any manner that she sees fit to accomplish that review.
