ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was tried at the Court's Special Session in Atlanta, Georgia, which began on February 27, 2023.

On March 10, 2023, the Commissioner requested that the Court admit various exhibits. The Court directed the parties to discuss these various exhibits amongst themselves and file a status report with the Court apprising the Court whether petitioner objects to the admissibility of these exhibits.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 20, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report as to the admissibility of the various exhibits discussed at the trial proceeding on March 10, 2023.
