On October 13, 2022, petitioner J L Minerals, LLC, Beasley Timber Management, LLC, Tax Matters Parter (J L Minerals) filed a motion to take deposition of Michael W. Ginn pursuant to Tax Court Rules 80, 81, and 82. The Court granted the motion on October 13, 2022.

J L Minerals recently filed a first supplement to the motion to take deposition of Michael W. Ginn. In light of the supplement, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served on October 13, 2022, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that J L Minerals's motion to take deposition of Michael W. Ginn pursuant to Tax Court Rules 80, 81, and 82, as supplemented on November 7, 2022, is granted, and that J L Minerals may take the deposition of Michael W. Ginn at Ginn Mineral, 150 International Drive, Sandersville, Georgia 31082, on November 17, 2022, and if necessary, continuing on November 18, 2022, or at another location mutually agreed upon, at a time and date to be mutually agreed upon. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Michael W. Ginn at 150, International Drive, Sandersville, Georgia 31082.
