SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeals by Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 28, 2021, and April 30, 2021, respectively, and separate appeal by St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church from the order dated April 30, 2021. Pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), it is

ORDERED that the appeals in the above-entitled action shall be perfected within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order; and it is further, ORDERED that if the appellants do not perfect the appeals within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order, the Clerk of this Court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeals to show cause why the appeals should or should not be dismissed.
