STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL AND PROPOSED ORDER


It is hereby stipulated by and between plaintiff Ryan Izzo and defendants KGTV (owned by McGraw-Hill Broadcasting Co.) and Mike Howder, through their respective counsel, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure rule 41(a)(1), that the above-captioned action be dismissed with prejudice as to KGTV Channel 10 and Mike Howder.

Each side shall bear its own costs, including any claim for interest or attorney's fees, pursuant to a separate "Settlement Agreement and General Release" reached between the parties.

ORDER

Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, rule 41(a)(1), the above-captioned action is dismissed with prejudice as to defendants KGTV Channel 10 and Mike Howder. Each side shall bear their own costs and fees.

It is so ordered.
