DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Regina Gennari, Esq., for leave to withdraw as counsel for respondents on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 10, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Regina Gennari, Esq., is relieved from representing respondents with respect to the instant appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before December 30, 2015, Regina Gennari, Esq., is directed to serve her clients by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103 (c) with a copy of this decision and order on motion and shall file proof of such service with the clerk of this court; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against respondents, without leave of the court, until the expiration of 30 days after the service upon them of a copy of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to February 19, 2016.
