DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals and to consolidate.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated August 17, 2016 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to March 27, 2017, and it is further

ORDERED that motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by notice of appeal and amended notice of appeal dated November 19, 2015 is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth facts showing merit to the appeals as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal in the event appellant moves for and obtains an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by notice of appeal and amended notice of appeal dated November 19, 2015.
