TIMOTHY ROY IVERSON & JOAN DEANNA IVERSON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case was on the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar for Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Iverson passed away last year, and progress slowed. We spoke to the parties today about moving the case forward. Petitioners reported that they've completed document production; respondent understandably needs some time to review what's been produced. All agreed that this will make their conversations about settlement more productive. We reminded petitioners that they should also move to amend the caption and substitute parties to reflect Mr. Iverson's death. But the case can stay on the status-report track, and it is

ORDERED that on or before August 4, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a status report to describe their progress.
