ORDER


After making an independent review of the pleadings, files and records in this case, and the findings, conclusions and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge filed on January 29, 2001, the court concludes that the findings and conclusions of the United States Magistrate Judge are correct. Petitioner has filed no objections. The findings, conclusions and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge are hereby adopted by the court. The clerk of the court is hereby directed to transfer the petition for a writ of habeas corpus to the Fort Worth Division of the Northern District of Texas for further proceedings.

It is so ordered.
