ORDER
Before the Court are appellant's April 18, 2017 motion to extend time to file appellant's brief and appellant's April 20, 2017 motion to amend affidavit on submitted appeal brief. Appellant's motion to extend time to file his brief is GRANTED and the brief received by the Court on April 18, 2017 is ORDERED filed as of the date of this order. We construe appellant's motion to amend affidavit on submitted appeal brief as a motion to supplement appellant's appendix to his brief and GRANT the motion.
