Before the Court is the first motion for extension of time to file the brief filed by appellant's appointed attorney, Jeff Buchwald. In the motion, Mr. Buchwald "requests an extension of forty-five days to January 2, 2025, in which to finish and file appellant's brief." We GRANT Mr. Buchwald's motion, and we ORDER Mr. Buchwald to file appellant's brief on or before JANUARY 2, 2025.
