ORDER


For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion dated May 2, 2001, IT IS this 2nd day of June, 2001 by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, hereby ORDERED:

1. That Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [20-1] BE, and the same hereby IS, GRANTED on Counts I (Battery), II (False Imprisionment), III (Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress); IV (Defamation Per Se), and V (Violation of Maryland Declaration of Rights) as to all Defendants;

2. That Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [25-1] BE, and the same hereby IS, DENIED as moot;

3. That the Clerk of the Court mail copies of this order to all counsel of record.
