The motion to order Court Reporter Laurie Jefferson (R 6909) to show cause is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that unless a copy of the notice of filing of the transcripts of November 5 and 8, 2021 with the trial court clerk is filed with this Court by February 27, 2023, the court reporter may be subject to disciplinary action pursuant to MCR 7.210(B)(3)(f), which could include the assessment of $250 in costs and issuance of an order barring the court reporter from recording further proceedings until all of the reporter's overdue transcripts ordered for purposes of appeal are filed with the trial court clerk.
