MEMORANDUM OPINION


This is a restricted appeal from a default judgment taken against appellant, Brent M. Isham. On May 30, 2003, appellant filed a motion to dismiss this appeal, stating the parties have reached a settlement. Appellant no longer wishes to proceed with the appeal. The motion contains a certificate of service to appellee, Julisa R. Loera, who has not opposed the motion. Therefore, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1). Costs of the appeal are taxed against appellant.
