Application for a writ of mandamus to compel the defendants to hold a hearing on the plaintiffs' application for a side yard variance on certain of their property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk and tried to the court, Dean, J.; judgment denying the application, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. Affirmed.
