ORDER

This case is calendared for trial during the Court's March 4, 2024, Salt Lake City, Utah, trial session. On November 29, 2023, respondent filed (1) a Motion to Remand and (2) a Motion for Continuance. The Motions indicate that petitioners do not object to the granting of the Motions. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's March 4, 2024, Salt Lake City, Utah, trial session and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall offer petitioners an administrative hearing at the Appeals Office located closest to petitioners (or at such other place as may be mutually agreed upon), at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than June 13, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 15, 2024, file with the Court a joint report or separate reports concerning the then-present status of this case.
