MEMORANDUM OPINION


Before the Court is the parties' July 11, 2011 joint motion to reinstate and dismiss the appeal. Attached to the motion is a copy of the Bankruptcy Court's order showing the bankruptcy has been discharged and the automatic stay has been lifted. In the motion, the parties state they have reached an agreement to settle and ask this Court to reinstate this appeal and dismiss the appeal expressly subject to the terms of the confirmation order and chapter 11 plan, with each party bearing its own costs of the appeal. We grant the parties' joint motion, reinstate this appeal, and dismiss the appeal expressly subject to the terms of the confirmation order and chapter 11 plan. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A).
