Appellant, Chidi D. Anunobi, has filed an unopposed motion to substitute counsel on appeal. Appellant is currently represented by Derek U. Obialo. Appellant requests that Derek U. Obialo be allowed to withdraw and that Chidi D. Anunobi of Anunohi Law PLLC be substituted as counsel on appeal. The motion is granted. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(d); see also Tex. R. App. P. 2.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to note the withdrawal of Derek U. Obialo as counsel for appellant and substitute Chidi D. Anunobi of Anunohi Law PLLC as counsel for appellant on the docket of this Court.
