IronOak Inc. v. Michael Eugene Porter

Trial court: 215th District Court of Harris County, 2022-79705-A

ORDER

Richard Hightower, Judge

Appellant Iron Oak Inc. is appealing the trial court's final judgment signed on June 15, 2023. The clerk's record was filed on November 15, 2023. On March 11, 2024, appellant filed a motion to supplement the clerk's record with several documents not included in the clerk's record filed on November 15, 2023.

If relevant documents are missing from the clerk's record, any party may direct the trial court clerk by letter to prepare, certify and filed in the appellate court a supplemental clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). Accordingly, because appellant may supplement the clerk's record without requesting assistance from the Court, we deny the motion.

It is so ORDERED.
