2. Defendants' partial motion for summary judgment BE, and the same hereby IS, GRANTED;

3. Judgment BE, and the same hereby IS, ENTERED in favor of United of Omaha Life Insurance Co. and Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. and against Yenis Iraheta on Count I; and

4. The clerk will transmit copies of the Memorandum Opinion and this Order to counsel for the parties.
