ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge

On December 22, 2021, petitioner filed with the Court a Motion for Extension of Time (to respond to respondent's motion for summary judgment filed August 6, 2021). Petitioner's motion requests the Court allow petitioner and its new substituted counsel adequate time to respond to respondent's motion for summary judgment; the substitution of counsel was filed contemporaneously with this motion. Petitioner's motion also indicates that respondent does not oppose the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time [to respond to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment], filed December 22, 2021, is granted in that the time in which petitioner has to file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment filed August 6, 2021, is extended until January 31, 2022.
