ORDER

This is an appeal filed under Section 51.014(a)(4) of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 51.014(a)(4) (allowing appeals from an interlocutory order granting or refusing a temporary injunction or granting or overruling a motion to dissolve a temporary injunction). On May 3, 2016, IPSecure, Inc. filed a document titled "Motion for Review of Further Orders and for Emergency Temporary Stay of the Trial Court's Order Holding IPSecure, Inc. in Contempt of Interlocutory Orders on Appeal." The motion is GRANTED. It is ORDERED that: (1) the trial court's May 2, 2016 contempt order is STAYED pending resolution of this appeal; and (2) the trial court's May 2, 2016 contempt order will be reviewed as part of the pending appeal. It is so ORDERED on May 3, 2016
Although no written order has been signed and no reporter's record prepared, counsel for IPSecure, Inc. has testified in an affidavit that the trial court ordered IPSecure, Inc. to pay James A. Carrales $22,682.22 no later than 12:00 p.m. on May 3, 2016, and to pay Carrales $2,345.00 in attorney's fees. --------
