PITG Gaming LLC's Application for Special Relief Asking the Court to Require Petitioners Station Square Gaming LP and IOC Pittsburgh, Inc. to Post Bonds in Order to Secure PITG Gaming Against Potential Losses that May Arise From Their Petitions for Review of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's February 1, 2007 Adjudication and Order.


ORDER


AND NOW, this 29th day of March, 2007, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's Application for Relief in the Nature of a Motion to Require that Petitioner Post a Bond to Secure the Commonwealth's Potential Losses Arising from the Meritless Petition for Review is denied.
