Respondent having moved for leave to appeal to this Court from the decision and order of the Appellate Term, First Department, entered in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court, New York County, on or about February 19, 2019, and for poor person relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that leave to appeal to this Court from the decision and order of the Appellate Term is denied. That branch of the motion seeking poor person relief to prosecute the appeal is denied as moot.
